Terms & Conditions

(1) These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all contracts between Sanvi Sodji, Nienburger Str. 2, 28205 Bremen, owner of the GLACÉO online shop, email: kontakt@glaceo.de (hereinafter "provider" or "we") and consumers or businesses (hereinafter "customer" or "you") who purchase goods through our online shop (at the address provided by Shopify).

(2) A consumer within the meaning of these GTC is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession (§ 13 German Civil Code, BGB). A business is any natural or legal person or partnership with legal capacity that, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of its trade, business or profession (§ 14 BGB).

(3) Deviating, conflicting or supplementary terms and conditions of the customer shall only become part of the contract if and to the extent that we have expressly agreed to their application in writing.

(1) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation for you to order goods.

(2) By clicking the "Buy now" or "Add to cart" button and then submitting the order, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the cart.

(3) We confirm receipt of your order immediately after submission by an automatically generated email ("order confirmation"). This order confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of your contractual offer. A contract is only concluded with the dispatch confirmation by a separate email or with the delivery of the goods, but at the latest upon actual delivery of the goods.

(4) We store the text of the contract; you can view the order data after conclusion of the contract via your customer account, provided you have created one. The contract language is German.

(1) All prices in the online shop are final prices in euros and, in accordance with § 19 German VAT Act (small business regulation), do not include separately stated VAT.

(2) Shipping is free on all orders – there is no minimum order value. Should shipping costs nevertheless apply in individual cases, these will be shown separately in the respective product description and during the order process before the order is completed.

(3) For deliveries to non-EU countries, customs duties, taxes or fees may apply in individual cases, which are not payable to us but to the responsible customs or tax authorities. We recommend that you inform yourself with the responsible authorities before ordering.

(1) Payment is made at the customer's choice using the payment methods offered during the order process. Depending on availability, these include: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna (invoice / instant transfer / installment), Apple Pay, Google Pay.

(2) When selecting Klarna or PayPal, the respective terms and conditions and privacy policies of the relevant third-party providers additionally apply.

(3) When paying by credit card, the invoice amount is due upon dispatch of the goods.

(1) The delivery time within Germany is 5 to 10 business days, within the EU (incl. Austria) 5 to 12 business days, and to international countries (incl. Switzerland) 7 to 15 business days after order confirmation.

(2) The processing time for the order is usually 1 to 3 business days. The stated delivery times refer to the period after receipt of payment (for prepayment methods) or after order confirmation (for instant payment methods).

(3) Should an ordered product be unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we will inform you without delay. Payments already made will be refunded.

(4) Note: We ship via a logistics partner on a dropshipping model; shipping may originate abroad (incl. China). Further information can be found on the Shipping & Payment page.

The delivered goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following withdrawal policy:

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sanvi Sodji, Nienburger Str. 2, 28205 Bremen, email: kontakt@glaceo.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this, although it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, nor to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery.

(1) The statutory provisions on liability for defects apply. For consumers, the warranty period is 24 months from delivery of the goods.

(2) Should you receive a defective item, please contact us at kontakt@glaceo.de. We will take care of a solution promptly.

(1) In the case of slightly negligent breaches of duty, our liability is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical, direct average damage according to the type of goods. This also applies to slightly negligent breaches of duty by our legal representatives or vicarious agents.

(2) Towards businesses, we are not liable for slightly negligent breaches of immaterial contractual obligations.

(3) The above limitations of liability do not affect claims under the German Product Liability Act. Furthermore, the limitations of liability do not apply to injury to life, body or health attributable to us.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers who do not conclude the contract for professional or commercial purposes, this choice of law applies only insofar as the protection granted is not withdrawn by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence.

(2) Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
