Shipping & Payment

Shipping is free on all orders – with no minimum order value. As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive tracking.

We work on a dropshipping model: your order is shipped via our logistics partner, with shipping originating in part from China. Processing time is usually 1–3 business days; shipping time is additional:

• Germany: Free shipping, shipping time 5–10 business days – total delivery time usually 6–13 business days from order confirmation
• EU: Free shipping, shipping time 5–12 business days – total delivery time usually 6–15 business days
• International: Free shipping, shipping time 7–15 business days – total delivery time usually 8–18 business days

Note: Tracking becomes active within 2–4 business days after the shipping confirmation – it is normal if no status appears at first.

For deliveries to non-EU countries, customs duties, taxes or fees may apply in individual cases. These are not payable to us but to the relevant customs or tax authorities.

You pay securely with the methods shown at checkout (e.g. credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay — depending on availability).

Batteries, rechargeable batteries and electrical appliances must not be disposed of in household waste – this is indicated by the crossed-out wheelie bin symbol. As a distributor, we are obliged under the German Battery Act (BattG) and the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG) to inform you of the following: You are legally required to return used batteries and old electrical devices for separate collection. You can return used batteries and old devices free of charge to municipal collection points or local retailers, or send them back to us at the address given in the imprint (sufficiently stamped). Symbols below the crossed-out bin indicate hazardous substances: Pb = lead, Cd = cadmium, Hg = mercury.
